Dynamic Human Capital Development (Dynamic HCD) is a 100% women-owned company, established in March 2013. Dynamic HCD is a registered Human Resource Management organisation that operates per the statutory employment legislation, working within the limitations of the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Dynamic HCD had a dream to offer a Project Resource orientated service to combine the HRM experienced services and expertise in Project Management of our Business Partners.

We are also a payroll, permanent & temporary placement and HR services provider that offers unique, tailor-made solutions that assist organisations of any size to tap into the hidden value of their human resources.
